This company is new and has absorbed the cultures of multiple companies. Understandably, this is a difficult task. All things considered, this company has done an admirable job compared to others I have worked for.
Support from management
As a large company, the management has many layers. As a nonprofit the management is friendly and inviting for the most part.
Freedom to work independently
Employees are free to work independently but within child care licensing requirements.
Communication is frequent. E-mails and visits from management occur regularly. They have a committee of staff which are elected at each location to help make decisions and provide input.
Employees are made up of about 90% females and 10% males. Females are represented all they way up to key Director positions.
Company will pay for lots of training and CDA if you need it including renewal.
Overall compensation for your work
This company pays more than any other child care business I know of.
Helping children and families makes for a friendly atmosphere.
Work daytime hours and have over 40 days of paid time off. This provides for stress breaks and family life.
Company is new and building image.
The company is well funded. I feel secure in my job.
Each location is compliant with ADA and inclusive of all. It is stressed at each level.
Safety is part of the company culture.
Depending on the day the challenge can be from 1 - 10.

Employees are from very diverse backgrounds and the classrooms are representative of the cities they are located in.
