Suggestions for improvement
- Needs a complete review and restructuring of the corporate infrastructure. Individuals in leadership positions should be tested for competency and replaced as needed. This organization needs to encourage a team mentality and promote a company wide culture.
I dislike about the employer
Lack of communication and support from leadership. All staff are not treated equally. Very discriminatory environment.
