Suggestions for improvement
- Get new management and invest in your employees, not just the outside contractors.
What I like about the company
Nice co-workers, all of whom are abused and discarded by management, unless they are highly paid contractors who report to their own separate companies and receive state-of-the-art training from their employers.
What I dislike about the company
Dysfunctional, unethical, unqualified management; lack of recognition, appreciation or training for County employees. All training and perks go to the outside contractors who are paid 4-times the salary of what County employees earn.
