The Armada Global managers were not very descriptive with little or no instruction about how work was to be completed. The employee is expected to read their minds. When I was hired, I basically had to put out a fire, metaphorically speaking. I did my job, put out the fire with no instruction, and when I didn't do it exactly the way they wanted, they became angry. While no offensive remarks were said to me, I definitely heard offensive remarks said to co- workers.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat employees with respect, give more instruction and training, management should involve employees in decision making process, and encourage suggestions, hire employees with diverse backgrounds of different races and religions
