Suggestions for improvement

  • Have management take management classes. Have fair pay for every job. A new hire should not make more money than someone who has been there 15 plus years. Improve working conditions. Ban smoking during work hours. Give bonuses to employees who are on the shop floor. Salesmen should not be the only ones who get a bonus.

What I dislike about the company

The unfair pay. They allow smokers to smoke at any time of day. The bullying from management. The unbearable heat in the factory. Poor air quality in factory.
