Suggestions for improvement
- Give equal opportunity to every one and fair treatment to all which the company promises in its policy.
When it's not numbers, it's revenue, and when it's not revenue, it's cleaning up. Any commondations will have to wait for the Quarterly All-Hands meeting.
Lead is helpful, but Supervisor is often unavailable (meetings and such).
Being human, we do get to known one another, and support each other in all work endeavors.
It's a shared workstation (shifts) and 5S is everywhere, and often in the way of a smooth work flow.
