Overall it was a great place to work for with fun perks here and there, quality of employees could be improved upon.
What I like
I enjoyed the work I did with the company and enjoyed how quickly I received a few raises, The monthly partys we had for employees helped keep the moral up as well
What I dislike
When a problem arises and gets communicated, It seems as tho there is a small effort to correct issues if it is a personal matter.
Suggestions for improvement
There is a real problem with horse play that I would definitely address.
Improvement can be made at professionalism
good at communicating what needs to be done but personal recognition seems lacking
too much overtime became a real issue before I left
did not notice very many women in high positions
was unaware of any special accommodations
there are advancement opportunities but if you become good at your current position, they are less likely to offer advancement
It can be challenging when you first start, but with a bit of time is pretty simple work
