They talk a great game, but don't come close to living up to their slogans. Like every other messenger service I've worked for--as either a contractor or as a dispatcher--they don't value their drivers. If you're a dispatcher, you'll be required to play drivers off against one another, and to assign work to the lowest bidding courier. And they don't want to pay their inside help fairly, either. They entire operations department is outsourced to an out-of-state logistics company that runs the company remotely, off-site at night and on the weekends.
