Suggestions for improvement
- Be fair to all people not just your friends you golf and hang out with. Everyone wants to be paid fairly. And policies and procedures should apply equally to all employees.
The work isn't hard. It's a paycheck as long as you show up.
No opportunities for growth or advancement, minimum wage starting pay rate with a 5 cent raise every year, health insurance offered is just as bad as Medicaid, favoritism is present among management, management positions are given to people who were not previously employed by the company and are clueless on the procedures and different departments that they oversee.
