Suggestions for improvement
- Stop giving management positions to clueless people from outside of the company just because they are a friend of so and so. Competing companies pay their employees $10 and more, depending on if the employees work on the soiled or finished side. Favoritism should be discouraged.
What I like about the company
The work isn't hard. It's a paycheck as long as you show up.
What I dislike about the company
No opportunities for growth or advancement, minimum wage starting pay rate with a 5 cent raise every year, health insurance offered is just as bad as Medicaid, favoritism is present among management, management positions are given to people who were not previously employed by the company and are clueless on the procedures and different departments that they oversee.
