Old technology, and little tolerance for new ideas
Suggestions for improvement
- It starts at the top. Terrible management - disconnected and disingenuous.
I like about the employer
Work from home is allowed, even on a somewhat regular basis
I dislike about the employer
But ultimately, they see everyone as replaceable. The entire Chicago office of 30 people turned over in a 2 year period, outside of maybe 3 people. This is not an exaggeration. No one wants to stay at this company.
