Suggestions for improvement
- Weekly meetings that involved all departments would help with communication issues. Having a Human Resources employee that is not related to the family that runs the company. There were many issues that went unresolved because no one seemed to care about employees enough to address them.
I like about the employer
I liked the job itself--running machines and designing.
I dislike about the employer
No regard for employee morale. Unrealistic expectations of work flow and machine capabilities. Lack of support when issues arise.
