Suggestions for improvement
- They need to live up to their word when they hire you. They need to be straight forward with you and not beat around the bush about how this job can be.
Unethical... but you dont want that.
Lies to customers and employees but we can not be honest here.
Why ask since I cant be honest?
They send unlicensed plumbers to do work, management is banging a dispatcher and she is an awful human and the fat manager is even worse. But you only want feel good reviews... my complaints to the Texas State Board of Plumbers did not require hlding my tongue for this bs...
The goals were attainable. The problem that I encountered was the lack of knowledge by the manager and her willingness to listen to employees (friends) and make judgment without a self assessment. The company would grow with teamwork and the ability to grow and understand what leadership entails.
