Company Provided Basic Life and Accident and Dependent Life Insurance

Voluntary Accident Insurance

·         Coverage available in multiples of $10,000 up to $1 million.

Voluntary Group Universal Life (GUL) Insurance

Business Travel Accident Insurance

·         Accident coverage equal to 5 times your annual earnings, up to $1 million ($250,000 minimum), when traveling on company business.

Short-Term Disability

·         2 to 26 weeks based on length of service.

Long-Term Disability

·         60% of salary up to $15,000 per month if disabled longer than six months.

Group Legal

·         Provides you and your family members with legal services such as estate planning, real estate transactions or other financial matters; family law; consumer protection; and defense of civil lawsuits or traffic offenses.

Auto/Homeowners Insurance

·         Auto and homeowners insurance can be purchased at discounted group rates.

Group Personal Excess Liability Insurance

The Gallagher Sales Internship Program is a robust nine-week program commencing in June and ending in August.

Summer Intern Orientation

In addition to challenging intern projects and assignments, each intern will visit Arthur J. Gallagher’s headquarters in Itasca, Illinois, for summer internship orientation. During intern orientation, you will be introduced to many facets of both the insurance brokerage industry and our company:

Internship Projects & Assignments

Gallagher interns will have the opportunity to work in one of four divisions:

All divisions offer comprehensive “learning by doing” experiences including short-term and summer long projects and assignments. Networking and sales challenges will coincide throughout the internship program to provide you a full service internship experience.


Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. recruits annually at universities in every geographical region of the United States. On-Campus recruitment activity consists of the following:
