There was a lot of misleading being done. The employee handbook always had changes if we ever actually used it to have some kind of rights while there. The supervisors did not commend or motivate us. If anything that wasn't sugar coated was said we were told we needed more passion.
Support from Management
They would set a target goal of a specific number of students to teach. The reward would be a bonus on our check. When we would meet that goal, they would suddenly change the rules,not congratulate us, and change their mind on the "bonus" we worked hard for over a month to try and win. It was not very motivating to me as an employee that my superiors backed out on workplace incentives that they set out for us.
