The company is always changing, staying current with BPO process and meeting the customers needs. Unfortunately, it is at the cost of the tremendous amount of stress they put upon their employees globally
Support from management
Due to the nature of the business, changes are occurring frequently. However, I feel that management does not take into consideration the feelings / health of their employees when making decisions
The 4 star rating is in regards to non-management employees. I can honestly say that it is the strong network of employees at the L1 and L2 Levels banding together with a common goal to achieve the best service we can to our client/customer. We, as a whole have a common understanding of the hard work it takes to complete the job successfully.
Freedom to work independently
The 4 star rating is based on my own experience. I have proven myself to be a trustworthy employee that does not require constant attention.
Any information about the company is generally sent in a blanket email. There was a time when the company allotted time to actually speak with the employees in what they call an "All Hands" Meeting. It afforded employees a platform to address any concerns directly with senior management and open a productive dialogue. Those meetings have all but vanished. This leaves the door wide open for misinterpretation of emails, changes that are occurring within the company, etc.
Work/Life balance does not exist in this company at the non-management level. As an employee I have worked anywhere from 14-20 hours per day during the company's busy times and during the implementation of the processing system. It has gotten a little better, but not much. I would not recommend working for this company if you have children that depend on you or if you have any kind of social or personal life.
