Suggestions for improvement
- Respect the exempt employees work schedule, overtime without compensation should not be expected. Exhibit the Care “Core Value” and treat your employees that work extremely hard for the company with appreciation.
What I like about the company
I do not have any positive personal experiences
What I dislike about the company
The management & senior leadership should take the time to learn what multiple layoffs within 5 months since the beginning of the year does to their employees. Getting rid of hundreds of employees and overworking the employees left is a fast way of losing great workers.
Acknowledge that your employees have lives they want to live & families that they want to see. No one wants to spend over 40 hours a week constantly being overworked, mistreated & beat up by senior leadership. Treat the employees that are not Senior Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents & higher titles with the same respect as these senior leaders are treated.
