Suggestions for improvement
- Newer equipment, more opportunities for growth and longer patient appointments
From top down, employees are not thought of as an asset but just another number. They talk big during orientation but they when you get on the job all that hype was just hype.
No conflict resolution at all, more of avoidance than anything.
Some teamwork was present. Although management was not in the equation, management tended to get in the way more then help.
Asante gives this illusion that they care for there employees but the organization is far from that.
There was always issues, I did not know where I stood in my position. There was a lack of communication and obvious power struggles which affected productivity
