Suggestions for improvement
- Focus less on free food twice a week. Focus more on figuring out how to keep those who really care from leaving
Interview/hiring process is quick and efficient. Every Thursday they provide employees with free lunch.
Revolving door -- extremely high employee turnover rate. The culture is such that a missed deadline could cause you to be yelled and cursed at behind closed doors, so loud, in fact, that fellow employees can clearly hear it.
