Management makes up rules as they go and disciplines as many employees as they can. Morale is terrible. Management refuses to have departmental meetings to address employee concerns or complaints, simply because they do not want to hear them.
Support from Management
Managements sole purpose is to terminate higher paid workers and hire recent grads so they can pay them entry level wages and never give them a raise. It is a union workplace, so management is doing everything it can to eliminate the union by pitting one employee against another and not disciplining those employees that have stopped paying their dues.
