Their core"values" are only TRULY valued when Asensus decides it benefits them. Money hungry, FAKE, and an AMAZING place to establish a career. Beware though, you're complete confidence personally, and you're 100% verbal proud to be part of it all praise for over years....gone...no disciplinary steps, not even allowed a rebuttal or remotely given the chance to even TRY to fight for something I NEVER imagined or pictured myself having to defend. Let alone not allowed. A place I NEVER dreaded going to, nor ever considered "job"
Excited this was my CAREER. And I was proud. EVERY SINGLE thing I stated above, sadly means NOTHING today, now ...Asensus and the fake core values has ruined my life....and TRULY not an exaggeration

Mid level management needs improvement and better training

No. You are told exactly what to do and how to do it.
Senior management tries to communicate with associates but it is lost from mid level managment downwards.
Yes. There are more women in management that any other company I have worked. It is possibly bordering on going discriminatory the other way.
