Suggestions for improvement
- There is a very high turnover rate because of low wages. They need to be competitive with salary, and have an annual salary administration program. I work with people who have not had their base salary increased in over 7 years.
- It works be appreciated by staff to have a nice working environment. In the main call center carpet is old, and large stains are everywhere. Managers have I offices, they are lined up in a straight row with only a desk (from the 80s).
There is a small and constantly changing IT staff that can not keep up with the work load. As a manager and employee this is frustrating to have to wait weeks, sometimes months, to get IT issues resolved.
