Support from management
Management blames each other and when that doesn't work they blame their people.
Used to work together - now people are just in it for self
Freedom to work independently
Even professionals are micro-managed
All lies - cant believe a word anyone in management says
Attitude towards older colleagues
Other than the top where everyone is very old or acts like they are - they don't want people who are older.
people who know people or are related to the top managers get promoted. But they get the jobs and don't know how to do them.
Overall compensation for your work
Not even worth the gas to get there
Office / Work Environment
like being in jail.
obviously they waste a lot.
The worst of any company anywhere. Routine required OT and professionals have to work 6-7 days a week. 6 is required.
So many complaints from customers and the service people literally hang up on customers so they don't get yelled at for long calls
Constantly shutting down with no pay and get rid of more people than they hire.
Not even possible. They don't want handicapped people. When I worked there I never even saw one.
Always in trouble with the government on this one and the safety teams hate the employees and if you are on their list they will drug test you again and again - with someone - not always even the same sex watching you
Impossible expectations and no goals.
Inclusive / Diverse
Routinely discriminates unless you are white male. Likes Hispanics for manufacturing. If you worked there before and want to come back - they won't hire you if you ever were injured on job.
