Suggestions for improvement
- More support. No silos. Equal and fair pay.
No chances for talented and the hardworking people. Only friends and family get promotions.
Very few managers are helpful and knowledgeable
Zero communication from corporate.
No communication, questions go unanswered. Directions on projects takes months before they are sent out.
Very few women in higher positions
Very young and inexperienced employees
I like that they have alot of learning opportunities and do coaching and training classes.
There is not a lot of women in leadership positions and it almost seems like a boys club. There is alot of secrets or at least the illusion of secrets that there are things you are not supposed to know. When it comes to meetings the groups with men were always considered first and some time the women were forgotten or expected to go along with the men even though they were not told. There seems to be favoritism of the men just because they are well liked and not because of their performance.
