Upper management not trusted by employees. Constant feedback to immediate management on site of ongoing conflict
Support from Management
Encouraging direct support but too much on one person. My support needs support
Dedicated and supportive coworkers, there will always be those who do not contribute however.
Level of Autonomy
Excessive call ins and shift coverage. Unrealistic work loads, inadequate staffing allowances.
