Suggestions for improvement
- Listening to lower level employees more.
Management has VERY few people who are actually supportive of the staff. Most of the time, the rest of 'management' are too busy going out for lunch and drinks; or sleeping with each other.
Within the gym I was at, we worked together pretty well. As a whole company, no one really worked well together.
They want each gym to run on its own with only support from management. However, everything the gyms do has to be approved and something every gym can do. How can a gym be independent if it has to be uniform with everyone else?
The leadership at ASI is absolutely great. They real do care about your growth and always keep their employees in the loop about all decisions going on within the company.
Communication is great! Again we were always aware about what was going on. You are an employee but it honestly feels more like a family.
Yes and everyone has a voice in suggestions.
