Suggestions for improvement
- Need to hire more engineers and less management
there is no support, your opinion doesnt matter
among the coordinators there some that would be willing to help
at first yes, however later all your emails were reviewed and they found anything to pick on, even font color
no continued communication even though they say they have an open door policy
if it benefited that department
Company moral is so poor. The management is outdated. The type of management from the '50s.
Management creates unrealistic goals, dismisses employee opinions, and develops a working atmosphere of fear and negativity.
The employees are the best part of the company. They work hard and everyone helps others to accomplish their goals as solid teams. But are not supported by management.
