Upper management embarrasses employees in open forums no matter how hard employees work. They do not clearly communicate goals or challenges. And blame employees openly when goals are not accomplished.

I keep contact with former employees, and the entire workforce is miserable. If they had the option, they all talk of leaving to a better job immediately.
There is no concern for the environment from Top management down to lower management. No concern at all.
Management expect employees to work overtime each and everyday. They show no concern for work-life balance. Most employees work hours before the 8pm start time and it is frowned upon to leave before 7 or 8pm at night every day of the year from pressure by management.
The company commands 95% of the semiconductor market. That is something to be proud of as you know it's the work you've contributed to.
