Suggestions for improvement
- Rewards should be spread to all the staff, not just the doctors and management. The assistants and front desk have little-to-no incentives for rats and goals that are preached. Also really need to evaluate their scheduling, it would be in the patients and employees best interest so everyone is assured proper care and attention.
I like about the employer
Only good thing is you get to learn a lot from the dentists, especially since there is such a high turnover.
