Suggestions for improvement
- Supervisors should speak with their employees about career advancement. Never ad a conversation about my future with the company. They also need to address diversity issues. Mi was harassed for my religious beliefs and the management only made promises to address the issues then never followed through.

Focus was on managers. If you were not a manager you received low pay, low job security and very little respect.
