management has an attitude that you should know your place and don't seem to care if you're exhausted or overworked. They rarely chip in to help and are often nowhere to be found. The union is weak and acts like your a trouble maker or bother them if you go to them with a problem.
regular staff is awesome, and is a plus to this job. most of them care about their work and are willing to help each other and the residents
