Annoying, fake feel-good nonsense with ridiculous "mandatory fun" team exercises. Employees are strongly encouraged to vote the company one of the area's best places to work. Utter nonsense.
Support from management
The company has regularly instituted structural changes in the leadership hierarchy, and these decisions appear to have been made haphazardly. The resulting poor leadership matches have caused the loss of several key team members.
The teams are decent when properly supported.
Lots of communication about things that don't matter. Very little about things that do.

Nobody working there is encouraged to innovate or excel. As a result, nothing produced by the company is interesting. Pure function.

- Lose the trendy nonsense. Make logical growth decisions and stick with them.

The company is, at heart, one with a desire to do well and provide a genuinely valuable service.
What I dislike about the company
As the company has grown, it is at odds with itself and can't decide how to manage itself. It continues to operate using small-minded methods while adapting trendy business ideals with no real desire to commit to anything of significant value.
