Very detail oriented. Plan and market 4 conferences for a medical association. Conferences take place out of state most years.
Suggestions for improvement
- More staff, we're currently understaffed for the amount of work the leadership of my association wants us to do. I would not change the culture or environment, that's very warm and inviting workplace. I don't think I would change any policies either

My colleagues are very supportive. We all work (succeed or fail) as a team. We're all expected to do our own work, but if you need help meeting a deadline, it's okay to ask for help. For example, I work for an association and our ultimate goal is to h

I don't necessarily disapprove of anything. I may not agree with some decisions that were made (these are few and far between), but I don't disapprove of the decision.
