What I like
The company is fairly flexible with work-life balance and the ability to work from home. Additionally I have gained experience in various aspects of project managing
What I dislike
Currently in my position there is not much training for the knowledge I am expected to know despite not being in the job requirements and not much communication and accountability between myself and other parties I need to work with.
Suggestions for improvement
Include more administrative staff and make communication more open and the organization more intuitive in terms of who to contact for what.
