Suggestions for improvement
- Upper Management should listen more to regular employees who actually does the work, and upper management should not be one sided to their beliefs only.
I like about the employer
They offer teleworking positions which enable you to work from home.
I dislike about the employer
Upper Management does not listen to employees who actually do the work. The employees who actually do the work knows what is involved to get the job done. If you are making production or not making production--it is never good enough either way.
