Suggestions for improvement
- Don't let unit managers or ops managers be friends of processors, they develop a hostile work environment.
They have the nasty habbit of granting positions to women who are mothers over the rest, weather or not they are qualified. If a woman is a mother they immediately grant her all the benefits and positions, while men and child free women get thrown on the dumps. Not to mention they exploit their employees with massive amounts of work for poverty wages.
