Most of the time things are quite dysfunctional. It is a struggle to complete tasks and jobs on time due the chaos.
Suggestions for improvement
- I would make a depth chart for employees. Create a new position that would be over all workflows. I would also get rid of the nonprofitable work centers.
What I like about the company
I can come and go as please. I have a set amount of work that needs to be done and there are deadlines. I can complete work early or put off for family needs as long as i can get it done at a later time within the deadline
What I dislike about the company
There is no communication. Work loads are extremely uneven. Not everyone in the company are held to the same set of responsibilities.
