Suggestions for improvement
- I would offer health care and small benefits that don't cost much to the employees so that the good workers stay. I would also take more time in screening employees to avoid the turnover rate from increasing as it often does.
What I like about the company
When the company was doing better, they gave pretty good holidays bonuses that were untaxed. They no longer do that though. Occasionally, they will pay for a cruise for the best employee after not being able to give annual raises as an incentive. The workplace is very diverse which is nice.
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove of the human resources procedures and think it would benefit the company to have more standard procedures that they stick to. I also think the boss needs to take an anger management class so they stop disrupting classes of students from yelling from surrounding offices.
