Support from Management

Asurion's internal metric scores for Soluto (pss) are largely a product of chance; upper management presents them as direct consequences of technician behaviors. Since these metrics are the primary indicators of success and dictate promotions, promotions are based on luck, sometimes cronyism, but never actual merit.

Work-Life Balance

We had a 2 day work from home schedule and got a new manager who just decided we werent going to do that anymore.

Support from Management

I would highly suggest staying away from the QA Department. The Supervisor in the Phoenix location leads to the capabilities of her inadequacies. The Department in general has potential, but for some reason the Operations Department does not see this. There have been at least four changes to the QA guidelines within the last year alone, making advancement from this position unobtainable.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Assure that QA is needed, and a vital part of the Company. Make changes in moderation, instead of forcing changes be made with less than 24 hours notice
