The company eased its culture when it took over my previous company. Overall like any corporation it will look out for their own, then stakeholders last.
Support from Management
This did depend on who you manager was. There were great management, and there were some who you would wonder how they got and kept the position.
In the position I held, we worked hard to help improve each other. This worked from Management down to CCR.
