Suggestions for improvement
- Asurion has done a lot since I started to make it easy for employees to thrive. I was a part of a random group selected for a survey of sorts on this exact type of information and the complaints that we had have mostly been addressed. One thing that has yet to be touched is the way they organize continued training and updated information on products and services offered. They implemented a system that automatically puts your phone in training mode when there is an opportunity to do so, few callers in queue. However it seems because of this and the busy holiday season things are getting missed. I have trainings that were required to be completed in October that I yet have had a chance to complete. Other than that I can’t think of anything, and even with that most of the information can be found in the search engine that the company has made specifically.
What I like about the company
I have worked for Asurion for about a year and a half now. I have had nothing but a good experience. Since starting I have been given three raises. Two are typical yearly merit increases as well as a very generous raise due to work performance. We are offered a bonus every month that is fairly easy to achieve and also very generous. I have had a couple unfortunate personal situations since starting, one the first week of training and was beyond supported. The atmosphere and caring that comes from the people at this company truly feel like family.
