There’s always talk about putting together a plan but you will literally have to chase behind everyone above you to make sure it’s implemented and even then there are times it still won’t happen for 6 months to a possible year.
Overall compensation for your work
Do not miss a day for any reason, if you do you’ll get points for it as well as the time deducted from your vacation time if you have any.
Can’t count how many times elevators have broken down with and without people in them.
Suggestions for improvement
- Coaches and OM’s need to communicate with each other more effectively. OM’s should make sure that coaches aren’t making decisions that they should be a part of with out them.
What I dislike about the company
The constant changes and lack of training after the change has been implemented
