The PSS Antioch sites senior leadership can provide a culture of dismay and inconsistency of company policies. There is a strong 'I' in team based on what group or Operations Manager you report to. This is heartbreaking do to the amazing company and the precepts set forth by the corporate, insurance services and device quality side of Asurion. They will get better as the company promotes a strong sense of 'eliminate the ego'. Other departments in this company really drive a sense of pride as an employee and really value you as an individual.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diversity wouldn't be a word or theme I would use for any level outside of the front line.
Suggestions for improvement
- It all can be fixed with a major effort towards inclusiveness from the PSS senior leadership towards their frontline. A lot of good people have been disillusioned by outward displays of pure disrespect.
What I like about the company
Overall a great company that promotes the idea of a good idea can come from anyone, anywhere!
What I dislike about the company
Company is ran vastly different based on what side of the organization you are acquired by. Due diligence is recommended before you apply for a role in PSS.
