In the 3 years I worked for Asuncion my supervisor was changed 4 times and really didn't get enough time to get to know them well or get back feedback on how I was doing
Coworkers were great. They helped me a great deal
Suggestions for improvement
- Make it a way we're you can give the employees access sooner to the clients tools to be able to perform their job duties
What I like about the company
I love working from my own home. I loved working in my PJ'S and not have to deal with traffice. Saved a lot of money on gas, clothing and food.
What I dislike about the company
I Loved my job at Asurion. I would had remained working at Asurion. However, as a Advanced Customer Service Representative I need access to my clients tools. For example my clients were Verizon, Sprint the and ATT and I did not get immediate access to their sites to perform my job duties. I waited 4 months and never got access to be able to help my customers. I had to depend on my coworkers to be able to help my customers. Sometimes my customers would be on hold for more then 30 minutes til I was able to get someone that had access to the tools to help me. If it wasn't for that I would stay at Asurion til retired age.
