people keep their trash talk out of work. they have some weird system where everytime someone does something remotly good they spam our email folder so i cant see the actual work im doing.
Support from Management
I can speak with my leadership but I dont feel they have any power and it shows with my co workers who dont perform their tasks.
I hate to give this a one. depending on the team you get on team work can be amazing. but thats why it gets a one. that shouldnt be a if you get this type of situation. out of 20 or so people on my team id say 4 or 5 do their job to the best of their ability every day.
