Support from management
Company would provide goals, but no supplies or means of completing the goals.
Had little means of teamwork but at least anyone who wasn't management could rely on each other to develop a way of accomplishing tasks.
Freedom to work independently
Yes, however due to my inexperience, lack of training, and our team being ill equipped most times we had to wing it.
Communication from the top down was sketchy to say the least.
No opportunities for advancement, very little training.
Office / Work Environment
Due to the lack of supplies, the work environment was unsafe no only for the employee but also for the customers as well. Sometimes we were unable to complete tasks for customers due to the lack of equipment and materials.
There was no real system in place so if someone got sick or called off the rest of the team had to figure out how to pick up the slack under staffed, under supplied, and in a time crunch.
Company could not pay employees on time or provide it's staff with tools and materials to satisfactorily finish jobs.
We never had masks and we worked with chemicals. we reused gloves regularly because our "budget" couldn't afford to provide us with a lot of materials to keep employees healthy and safe. Documented conditions of issues and sent them to management, nothing was done... probably because there was no money for anything to BE done.
The work being challenging is what i enjoyed, I did my best with what I had at my disposal.

Opinions and feedback was not taken seriously by customers and employees.
