He only saw your flaws. Not the best in you and that didnt make anyone want to be better at their job.
Owner emails you customer complaints on your day off. He is never on your side. He changes the schedule without asking you if its okay.
Overall compensation for your work
It didnt matter how hard you worked. It was all favoritism.
Office / Work Environment
Too many expectations from owners. The only times the work environment was amazing was when the owners traveled to another country.
We all got along unless a new person got hired and messed everything up. We would get in trouble for it. We never got paid extra to train another person.
Couldn’t really celebrate holidays because of work.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get new manager. Owners shouldnt get involved with employees.
What I like about the company
Coworkers were awesome to work with.
What I dislike about the company
Owners didnt know how to treat employees. Very insulting. They expected us to do work that was never in the work description.
