Support from management
Management isn't really involved, most of the time they really don't know what's going on!
Most of the time they work together. But there tends to be a lot of back stabbing to get browny points.

No older employees are pushed out!
The company doesn't do any thing to assist you in containing education!
Overall compensation for your work
At first in 2008 when I started the pay rate was low but the extra benefits provided by the company made up for it. Now that they have grown as large as they have the extra benefits have been taken away. The 100% paid employee insurance is gone. The quarterly bonus is gone. The profit sharing plan is gone and they cheated the employees out of a year of profit. The company use to give us half of our deductible in a health savings account, that has ended.
The employees do not talk well of the company and the reality of the company doesn't match what is advertised.
OSHA standards are met. Not a lot of employee training on it however.

What I like about the company
Nothing anymore. They are no different than working at McDonalds
What I dislike about the company
As the company grew and added doctors and location you would think the benefits would have stayed the same or got better. But they didn't, we have actually lost benefits that made the low pay rate worth it!
