Suggestions for improvement
- Get a new administrator who cares more about staff than her her own ego.
I like about the employer
Physicians are great to work with. Staff members are generally great to work with. Patients are generally great to work with.
I dislike about the employer
Overbearing administrator makes the environment unreasonably tense and fosters an atmosphere of fear of making mistakes and distrust among staff by encouraging them to report mistakes of others. There is a systemic lack of communication with an unwillingness on the part of management to listen to staff with regard to input about processes and daily routine. Administrator is generally dishonest about what job roles and advancement prospects are for employees.
