Suggestions for improvement
- Continuing education for non clinicians. More communication from corporate to staff. Stop aquirering new facilities and work on and with the ones you have.
Management is taking credit for their employees work when credit is due and not wasting time to reprimand when something was found in error. Employee morale is not a priority.
How management treats employees is not a priority. Can't even inform HR because HR reps are also turning over. No support.
During reporting quarters, everyone was to stay onsite and in the same conference room all day to complete board reports Although they have no part in it. This can span to midnight whether you have any part in the presentation or not.
