Attitude towards older colleagues
The employees who had been there for years were under appreciated and let go, new kids get hired and stay even after numerous complaints by other offices and patients
Overall compensation for your work
Salary was good, checks sometimes are delayed
This is not a family oriented company, not sympathetic to people who have kids and get sick, or they themselves are sick. vacation is accrued, however you may get approved then disapproved never a definite. hours are not what they tell you, travel to other offices happens as well, at a moments notice
Employees who have left the company do not have any fond thoughts on this company.
Yes, they almost have a revolving door type atmosphere, very difficult atmosphere
Elevators are through the hospital
I felt very good at my job, and my coworkers did as well. But there is no support system, or good job by the higher ups.
Inclusive / Diverse
No, it's the company/doctors way or no way. Your input is not acknowledged.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees who work hard and show up every day better, instead of making them feel insignifigant. Implement an HR person an employee can go talk to when they are severely stressed or upset.
What I like about the company
The pay was nice, the commute not bad.
What I dislike about the company
No empathy for their employees who have been there for years, and perform their jobs well. No sympathy for any employees who are ill, or for the ones who have young children
