Overall compensation for your work
Salaries are being paid on time. Salaries are under paid. Responsibility is great and does not match the pay rate, at all.
No, 80% of the employees are unhappy. Most of them are stuck because they can't find another job due to their backgrounds. There are no drug test given or background checks when hiring employees.
Favoritism is upheld for some. But for employees to have an idea that does not line up with managements decision, employees feel unstable about their jobs.
No, no, no.......Osha would shut this place down.
Not at all. They are always out of stock. Customers are promised merchandise that the company know they will not receive in a timely manner. This can be a life or death situation for the consumers.
Suggestions for improvement
- Terminate the family members that run the company and bring in Professionals that will care about the consumer and true business needs. Offer more training courses, better pay, motivate the employees and hold accountable the departments that fail. Regardless if it is family or not.
What I like about the company
Easy to be hired as you need "0" experience. No drug or background checks.
What I dislike about the company
They are not for the consumer. They are strictly for the families business.
