Support from Management
Since Oct 26. It was loud and clear that my days were numbered.
Suggestions for improvement
- Redo parts of the management team.
- Don't try to prevent a former employee from gaining future employment. We all have families to support.
- All others that were named marked targets were informed.
I like about the employer
I love the nurses, cnas, scheduler, and some others.
I dislike about the employer
Once you've been targeted. Its a guarantee you're out. One way or the other. Since Oct 26, that was made loud and clear to me.
