Suggestions for improvement
- Employees should be compensated for the work they do. Seasoned employees should more and new hires should have to go through a rigorous training process before setting foot on the floor.
What I like about the company
Insanely great work ethic as well as experience with various hand tools and machinery.
What I dislike about the company
Employees are not held accountable for their actions, nor are they repremanded for absenteeism.
