What I like

No positive experience. It was 11 months of extreme verbal abuse that HR could not have been.bothered with.

What I dislike

Take abuse in the workplace seriously no matter the.position in the firm

Suggestions for improvement

Teach a respect class. How to not scream at enplyees, treating others the way one wishes to be treated. And HR needs a few as well

Former EmployeeWorked in Administration at Atlantic Trust in Houston, TX until 2013.

What I dislike

No one worked as a team, rather, they seemed to be in competition with one another instead of working towards the same goals. Management had favorites and made it very obvious. PTO would be approved and then questioned later, if you took time off they wanted to know what personal reasons it was for and would decide later that it wasn't a good reason and you would get shorted on your check.

Start over with completely new management
